Hey all,
This is a routine I started 2 weeks ago "Rippetoe's Starting Strength" this is workout B and my 6th session.
Squats: 5 x 115kgs / 253lbs
Shoulder Press: 5 x 52.5kgs / 115lbs
Power Clean: 5 x 75kgs / 165lbs
I weigh around 80kgs / 175lbs
